The Bombers played a defensive game but the Mountain Men put up a stronger front, 24.12 (156) – 5.8 (38).
Laharum coach Shannon Argall said the game wasn’t as free flowing as his side would’ve liked.
“All credit to the Bombers who played a good contested and pressurised game,” he said.
“It was challenging at times but we were able to open it up and there was a solid contribution by all the guys.”
Laharum star Robert Miller broke his leg during the game, sidelining him for at least the next few weeks of the season.
“He has broken his fibula but it’s one of the smaller bones,” Argall said.
“He’ll be doing everything in his power to get back in for the finals, it’s a race against the clock but he’s in good spirits.”
