More than 50 riders lined up for the event.

The first group started more than 40 minutes ahead of the last riders to leave.

Denham rode off a handicap of nine minutes and 30 seconds.
The race finished in a bunched sprint with young Mount Gambier rider Jack Patzel leading out 600-metres from the finsih line.
Denham made his move about 100-metres from the race end and surged to victory by more than a bike length.
Port Fairy’s Jeff Mclean jumped finished second while Patzel was a gallant third.
The fastest time went to Nathan McLaren.
