As there is a small band of workers, organisers ask that people help make this a success by contributing in any way they feel able.
The money raised will be used to enhance the lifestyle of a loved one in care.
From the proceeds of last year’s fundraising, two wheelchairs were purchased, along with payments for bus outings to free concerts, wool for the knitting group and other items used by the activities staff. The group also provides gifts as well as Easter treats, and a Christmas party for the residents.
People are needed to help set up the trestles at 1.30pm on Saturday and again at 1.30pm on Sunday.
Please note that all baked goods need to have the ingredients listed on them. People can phone Joy Wheeler on 5382 1372 or 0409 529 726 for more information.
