Founding members Bernard Boatman, Vic and Elizabeth Thomas, Harold Thomas, Graeme Price, Doreen McKay and Edith Thomas attended a special event.
They were joined by guests who have helped the group over the years and had travelled from as far away as Horsham and Minyip.
They viewed displays of the groups achievements and joined with local members to hear speakers after a barbecue meal.
The Landcare group has attracted considerable funding for tree revegetation and to help with erosion control, implement rabbit eradication and to work towards weed control.
During the evening Wendy and Paul Harrington were presented with life memberships by President Rod Vearing.
Graeme Price and Brian Howlett spoke of the group's history.
While Doreen McKay – who has been the group's Treasurer from the beginning – cut the special cake.
