Mr Daniher was himself diagnosed with the disease and is on a mission to raise awareness about MND and funds to help find a treatment or cure.
The drive is a three-day event and will pass through numerous towns, including Stawell, Dunkeld and Navarre.
A lunch will be held at the Halls Gap cultural centre at 12.30pm in an informal setting, which members of the public are welcome to visit.
“We are promoting the message of the MND Foundation,” he said.
“MND is a beast of a disease with no cure or treatment.
“We are trying to raise funds to enhance and help researches find a cure.”
