Adam Merrick will present on the Solar to Nepal project.
Mr Merrick will be travelling to Nepal in September to install and service solar lighting and power in a Nepalese school affected by earthquakes in the region.
Mr Merrick is also raising funds for the Solar to Nepal project and donations can be made on the night or can be left at the Ararat office of Hotondo Homes, 196 Barkly Street during business hours.
Ararat Greenhouse Action Group chairman Russell Pearse said the presentations aim to highlight the diverse range of projects which can be powered by renewable energy, both in developed and undeveloped countries.
The AGM will be held at the St Andrews Meeting Room in Barkly Street, Ararat on August 10 at 7.30 pm.
