The reigning premier finished the home and away season on a strong note, smashing bottom placed Buangor and collecting all 10 points in the process.
Josh Matthews and Ben Hartwich got Buangor off to a good start, with a 9-4 victory in the opening set of the men's action, however it was all one way traffic after that, as Ararat denied its opposition another win.
Sonny Walton and Alex Drosg combined well to cover the court with ease, while in the ladies it was Claire Harricks and Alli Burmester that lead from the front.
The rivalry match between Landsborough and Landsborough West was a seesawing encounter, with Landsborough drawing first blood in the men's.
West hit back in the ladies' section in what turned out to be an annihilation, as Landsborough's four girls only managed to win two games between them.
This set West up heading into the final mixed contests and they didn't let the opportunity slip, with big wins to Justin Lee and Angela Hodder and Brady Walsh and Kylee Hodder sealing the points.
Despite the loss, Landsborough was able to hang onto fourth spot on the ladder and secure a finals' berth over their cross-town rivals.
The Ararat and District Tennis Association will have this weekend off due to the Labour Day holiday, with semi finals to be held at Ararat on Saturday, March 14.
Ararat will take on Landsborough, while Crowlands will face Elmhurst, with play beginning at 1pm.
