Both teams will play finals, but where they finish on the ladder could be decided in the final home and away games.
The Combine put on a stunning batting display in their last outing to defeat Pomonal, however they were unable to complete the out right win and that will be in the back of their minds when they take on Youth Club.
If Swifts Great Western is to continue its hot form, Youth Club could find itself chasing anything above 300 giving its batsmen plenty to do.
Both Sam Cocks and Travis Nicholson are coming off strong innings against Pomonal and will have a huge influence on the final result.
Youth Club bowlers Steve LeGassick and Cam Kimber will be required to bowl plenty of overs as will Steve LeGassick.
LeGassick along with Jamie Solyom, Koby Stewart and Ethan Marrow are all fresh from a week long country week campaign in Bendigo.
The Grampians team fell short of a grand final victory losing to Red Cliffs Cricket Association by one run.
Tatyoon and Buangor will do battle and if Tatyoon is to get within reach of Buangor it would be a huge surprise.
Buangor has been one of the better teams outside of Stawell this season along with Aradale, and would be expecting to take the points and do so comfortably against the lower placed Tatyoon.
Tatyoon cricket ground will be out of action after Jarrod Blandford made a call to officials saying the oval had ran out of water and would most likely be unplayable for the rest of the season.
It has been suggested that the game be rescheduled to play at Buangor’s home ground, however that would mean that Buangor’s second team would have to play elsewhere next weekend.
Jack Ganley is the inform batsman making a century against Chalambar while brother Harry made a tonne against Red Cliffs in the country week final.
Tatyoon may have put the cue in the rack for this season now that it is out of finals contention, however its pride will be on the line in the remaining two games.
Pomonal will be hoping to bounce back with a win when it takes on Chalambar at Alexandra Oval.
Pomonal batted well against Swifts Great Western to avoid the out right win, but while it maintained the crease runs were few and far between.
Some time at the crease would have done its top order batsmen the world of good and it will be looking for bigger scores tomorrow.
