Principal Porter said staff and students were very happy with the results which included one year 10 student achieving a study score of 38 in one subject.
"We are really happy and impressed with some of the scores our students were able to achieve," he said.
"Our students studying VCE subjects averaged a subject study score of 32.8 so that puts them in a really good position as they look to further study in the next couple of years," he said.
Mr Porter said students at Lake Bolac College benefit from smaller class sizes and in some instances a ratio of one-on-one tuition.
