Young riders, aged six and above are encouraged to head along to the Ararat Velodrome.
No matter the skill level or familiarity to track cycling, juniors will be accepted and shown the ropes.
Riders don't even have to have a bike with the club stocking a number of free bikes. All they need is shorts and a helmet.
Ararat and District Cycling Club's Harold Culling said Ararat has produced several champions including Shane Kelly.
"All you have to do is turn up, you can bring your own bikes whether that be BMXs, mountain bikes, whatever you want to bring we'll cater for you," he said.
Mr Culling said along with offering them free bikes to ride junior riders also have the opportunity to pick up a free licence for the first 12 months.
"We really want to get some more junior riders to start, it has dropped off a bit but now is the perfect opportunity for some new families to join the club," he said.
"Anytime is a good time, but now is a really good chance."
Riders benefit from social inclusion as a result of being part of a club and take to the track in a fun and community orientated environment.
"We have great facilities, some of the best in the state, just come along and check it out," Mr Culling said.
The track season will run through until April next year.
Those interested can pedal along to the Ararat Velodrome at 1.30pm tomorrow for a 2pm start.
Ararat and District Cycling Club is also gearing up for its track Carnival to be held on Saturday, November 29.
The event will see riders from across the state and even interstate take to the Ararat track to contest several events.
