Blizzard recorded a personal best time in the 100-metre sprint (12.69s), finishing just .02 of a second behind winner Bridget Powell from Warracknabeal in the girls 18-20 years old event.
The star sprinter then backed that up with a second placing in the girls 18-20yo 200-metre final in a time of 27.06.
The third of Blizzard's silver medals came when she teamed with classmates and Marcus Cooper Stable athletes Jacqui Scott, Zoe Nicholson and Tiffany Boatman.
The local 4x100m relay team finished second to St Mary of the Angels Secondary College in a time of 53.35.
Scott also recorded a fifth place in the girls 17yo 400-metre event, while Nicholson finished fifth in the girls 18-20yo 800-metre.
Rounding out the track events was Marian College's Fraser Heard, who nabbed a bronze medal in the boys 17yo 800 metres and seventh in the 400-metre race.
Over on the field year seven student Alice Astbury was sixth in the 12-13yo high jump after clearing 1.40 metres.
The School Sport Victoria secondary track and field championships also proved very successful for Lake Bolac College student Pat Graham.
Graham finished second in the boys 15yo javelin event with a throw of 36.83 metres.
Graham was just below his personal best of 42.68m, which he set as the new record the week before at the Greater Western Region Athletics Carnival in Ballarat.
He has been training for five months in the lead up to these championships, completing three lunchtime sessions per week.
These sessions have included weight training with pulleys, using medicine balls and plyometrics to develop power and skill based workouts with tennis balls and javelins.
Lake Bolac teacher Roger Flanner said due to Graham's outstanding commitment, his personal best has improved by 13 metres since May.
"I am extremely proud of his attitude, effort, enthusiasm and humility as he has given up so much time and energy to be a silver medallist at state level," he said.
"Well done Pat."
