Weather:

It is a chilly start to the week, but we will crack double figures today. Expect it to be partly cloudy after areas of fog about the ranges early this morning clear. Winds from the north 20 to 30 km/h. Daytime maximum temperatures between 11 and 14.

Quote of the Day:

"That was about as bad as we can play, so the main message was let's start getting back to what we know we can do," David Hosking, on the Rats' form during their loss to the Horsham Saints. Story, see tomorrow's Ararat Advertiser.
