Join personal trainer Chris Provis-Vincent this Sunday at Alexandra Gardens for a mass training session for people of all ages, abilities and fitness levels.
Mr Provis-Vincent is organising the fundraising event for the Ararat Pool, and to also promote a healthy active lifestyle, through running a community group fitness session. There will be an optional fee of $10 per head, as despite wanting to raise funds for the pool, he also wants to see maximum participation.
"I don't want the fee to stop people getting involved in the work out because of the cost, it will still benefit the pool through raising more awareness," he said.
All proceeds will go to the pool fund.
The training in the session will be tailored to people from all walks of life; men, women and children of all ages are welcome and it will be run this Sunday June 22 at 10am, at Alexandra Gardens, meeting at the playground equipment.
Mr Provis-Vincent is hoping to see at least 100 people down there with the hope of raising $1000 for the pool fund.
"I am going to continue to run these 'Fit Clubs' for free on a weekly basis to try and keep up the amazing work the Ararat Rural City Council and The Biggest Loser have done motivating our community," he said.
