ARARAT - Brides and grooms from across the region are invited to spend a day at Seppelt Great Western Winery which will host the annual Seppelt Wedding Expo next week.
The Wedding Expo will be held on Sunday May 25 with something not only for prospective brides and grooms, but also wedding parties, friends and families.
The function venue will feature a variety of wedding services on display, including marriage celebrants, a magnificent cake display, accommodation ideas, decorations and equipment hire, Schubert Catering will be on hand to discuss any meal related enquiries, Jetset Travel will have your honeymoon covered, flower displays and several hair and makeup artists, 3D Light and Sound and Swift Revenge will create the atmosphere inside the venue, Remember This photo booth will again be on show and there will also be a Tupperware display.
A highlight of the day is always the fashion parade.
CAS Couture will display wedding gowns, bridesmaid dresses, flower girl dresses and mother of the bride wear, which is a new addition this year.
For the men, Foster's Mensland will display several different styles of suits.
As the fashion parade is a highlight of the day Seppelt will provide a stage and lighting this year by Xenolith Extreme Productions Australia.
The parade will be hosted in the 1892 Cellar as opposed to the Chapel which will create more space and accommodate a bigger crowd.
Outside on the lawn area live music will be provided by DJ Pure Vibe and a stage and lighting and sound effects display by Xenolith Extreme Productions.
The Forge Pizzeria, which operates two restaurants in Ballarat, will offer a selection of woodfired pizzas for sale priced from $13 to $16 and the Seppelt Bar will have matched wines to each of the pizzas on sale, prices start from $6 per glass. Beer and soft drink will also be available to purchase.
The casual relaxed atmosphere will enable guests to enjoy lunch, wine and music.
Other activities offered on the day will include free entry into the raffle for a door prize to the value of $180 (six pack of Salinger Sparkling Wine), the Seppelt stand inside the venue will offer a complimentary glass of sparkling wine, there will be complimentary freshly brewed coffee from the Bean Barn and complimentary mini tours of the famous Seppelt drives every hour, where a fine dining experience will be set up for guests to view, while secret photo spots will be pointed out along the way.
