The new entity will still operate as Sertori and Co, but the new principals will be Raj Muker, Daniel Radcliffe and Nigel Keating. Mr Muker and Mr Radcliffe both have many years experience in the financial services industry, while Mr Keating has extensive experience in all aspects of taxation and accounting and is a CPA and registered tax agent.
As such, the re-energised Sertori and Co will provide many new services and areas of expertise; in particular financial planning and wealth creation, specialist SMSF advice and services, asset protection, lending for commercial, vehicle, equipment and residential, as well as estate and succession planning.
Apart from these new and expanded services, Sertori and Co will, in many ways remain unchanged, as the offices in Ararat and Stawell will still be staffed by the same friendly and dedicated staff and all phone/email numbers and addresses will be the same.
Mr Sertori explained that although he has thoroughly enjoyed working with his clients and the general public in the past, he has come to the realisation that a sudden and severe illness could cause considerable difficulty for his clients and the business at large.
Therefore he is putting into practice a plan that will allow him to 'transition to retirement', while the business continues to grow and develop. Although this will not happen immediately, his role in the new entity will be as a consultant, in an 'as required' basis.
Sertori and Co Pty Ltd wishes to sincerely thank its clients for their loyal support and friendship over the last 20 years and the new principals and staff are looking forward to helping the clients to develop an even more promising future for all.
