Willaura and district residents are encouraged to take advantage of the free ticket offer which includes a free drink and food voucher, race book, merchandise and entry into the Willaura Marquee, which is situated close to all the racing action.
The free admission tickets are available from the Willaura or Lake Bolac Post Office.
With the annual TM 'Murray' Slattery Willaura Cup being held over the Anzac weekend, the Ararat Turf Club is hoping the race meeting attracts a big crowd with plenty of entertainment on and off the track including live music by 'The Mahony Brothers'.
There are a number of activities for the kids such as the 'Happy Holidays Competition' with a special treasure hunt.
If racegoers are lucky enough to find the bag of golden coins in the marked area of the racecourse during the treasure hunt they could win a $1000 prize pack consisting of a Kelly Sports Bag with a selection of various sporting balls and cricket equipment, CRV picnic bag, two CRV picnic chairs, a picnic rug and picnic table and a $500 CRV online gift voucher.

Other children's activities include jumping castles, animal nursery with live reptiles and face painting.
Those who make a hospitality booking at the Willaura Cup will also go into the draw to win the Britz Holiday Competition of a seven day camper van rental valued at $2450 each.

The day will also play host to the Moyston Football-Netball Club Reunion with a special marquee for all who have had a connection with the club - past or present.

With the meeting a seven card event, including the $20,000 feature race, the TM 'Murray' Slattery Willaura Cup, it is sure to be a great day out.
A free bus will be in service throughout the day, starting from Lake Bolac (10.15am) and stopping at Wickliffe (10.30am), Glenthompson (10.45am), Willaura (11.15am) and the Ararat Town Hall (11.45am), before arriving at NMIT Ararat Park at 11.50am.
A return bus will depart the racecourse at 5.30pm and 6pm.
