Easter Bunny set to roam in Barkly Street

ARARAT - Easter Bunny will be hopping into town and this year he will be warming up his vocal chords as he prepares to sing for the Royal Children's Hospital Good Friday Appeal.

Easter Bunny and his friends will be roaming Barkly Street on Thursday, April 17 just in time for Easter and the Y's Men will be helping by running a barbecue outside Something Beautiful.

If people are kind enough to donate some coins to the appeal, the 'singing bunnies' will perform a tune for you.

A raffle of four fabulous prizes including Easter hampers will be held with tickets sold before the day at Deb's Diner and the Lolly Shop.

The singing bunnies will also perform a couple of songs, including the moving 'My special angel' at the Ararat RSL from 7pm to 7.15pm on Thursday, April 17 and will be collecting donations for the appeal.
