Outgoing president, David Haddow thanked the club and the committee for assisting him during his tenure of the past year and wished the incoming president and committee well for the year 2014/2015.
Harry Wheeler then took the chair for the election of office bearers and also thanked the committee for what was widely regarded a successful 12 months.
All positions were declared vacant and as there were the right number of nominations for committee positions there was no need for an election.
The make-up of the committee is as follows: President John Kilpatrick, Vice President Lawrie Tonkin, Secretary George Robertson, Treasurer Ann Shalders and Past President David Haddow.
The committee consists of David Ayer, Graham Carmichael, Peter Kaczynski, Margaret Kilpatrick, Wally Rhook, Brian Stephens and Kingsley Walker.
After the morning tea and March general meeting was closed some of the members headed to The Vines for lunch.
The club has since departed on its annual cabin/caravan trip to Portland.
