Taking on reigning premiers Crowlands, third placed Elmhurst did what was needed to win the match by 22 games.
Heading into the semi final with only three ladies, leaving the team instantly 27 games down, Crowlands tried hard to wipe away the deficit.
Paul Vance and Tiffany Boatman were the leaders in the attempted Crowlands fight back, both failing to drop a set.
However, with Elmhurst skipper Mal Boatman bringing his 'A' game on Saturday, Crowlands couldn't pull back the massive lead and waved goodbye to its season.
Elmhurst will now meet the dominating Ararat in the grand final this Saturday.
Ararat moved through without taking to the court following a semi final forfeit from Buangor Gold, which was unable to play due to a lack of numbers in its men's section.
This will be Ararat's first grand final since its winning season of 2011/12, while for Elmhurst its last main final appearance stems back into the defunct Marnoo-Navarre Tennis Association days.
Once again Landsborough Tennis Club will be hosting the grand final, with hit off at 1pm.
