ARARAT - The Ararat College held its Graduation and Presentation Ceremony at the end of the school year with students awarded across the year levels for their efforts and performances inside and outside of the classroom.

Academic, A Team, Citizenship and Sports Awards were awarded to 27 students in year seven with some of the students picking up multiple accolades.
Amber Baulch was the lucky recipient of three scholarships while Georgia Jenkins, Elissabetta Nicolaci and Georgia Pennycad each picked up two.
In year eight 36 students received one of the main awards before Tiarna Conroy, Joshua Cunningham and Robert Purnell scooped the scholarship pool with three each.
At year nine level 24 students collected at least one award while Isabelle Pope cleaned up with six different scholarships. Chloe Sellon also did well with three of her own.
Thirty students were recognised with awards in year 10 Lauren Curtis a high achiever with four scholarhips. Shane Woods picked up three.
The Major Sport Award - the Debbie McDonald All Rounder Award was won by Thomas Gemmola before the announcement of 2014 School Captains and SRC members.
At VCE level 26 students were recognised with awards while 16 scholarships were handed out. Brigitta Hodgetts, Joel Hughes, Hamish Keith and Bradley Woods all picking up more than one.
Fourteen students were the recipient of the Vet Hospitality Award while Ebony Buckingham was awarded the DR and DJ Radford Scholarship.
Ten students from the graduating class of 2013 were given either a sports or citizenship award and seven received at least one scholarship before Nich Phillips was announced as the Ararat College and Ararat Lions Club College Dux.
