ARARAT - An Ararat man will plead not guilty to charges in relation to criminal damage, in the Ballarat County Court later this month.
Ormond Randall has been charged with making a threat to damage private property, making a threat to kill, one charge of burglary, criminal damage and theft.
In the Ararat Magistrates' Court last week his solicitor requested that the case be heard in front of a judge and jury.
The matter will be heard on March 28.
