ARARAT - South East Australian Tae Kwon Do held a grading session for its Ararat students.
The grading was conducted by Neil Boehm, a fifth Dan black belt from Bendigo.
Students train weekly under the guidance of Ararat instructor Matt Brady, who is a third Dan black belt with 14 years' instructing experience.
Students are graded on their ability to perform a series of patterns within each grade, as well as self-defence techniques, one-step sparring, semi-sparring, free sparring, basic blocks and kicking techniques.
