REGION - While the 2009 AFL season is over for another year, students at local primary and secondary schools are being given the chance to win fabulous prizes from the Richmond Football Club.

On behalf of Taylored Home Loans, Julie Maddocks has been visiting regional schools to promote an AFL superquiz and art competition.

The superquiz is aimed at older students and contains a variety of questions on the Richmond Football Club.

There are great prizes to be won for completing the quiz, including limited edition A series AFL figurines of Nathan Brown and Trent Cotchin.

The art competition is for younger students, with Richmond memorabilia of Matt Richardson and Nathan Brown up for grabs as first prize.

Second prize is an autographed football, while there will also be spot prizes consisting of signed Richmond caps and collectable items.

Julie Maddocks will be outside Ararat Safeway supermarket this Wednesday and Thursday from 4pm to 6pm, for those wishing to collect an entry form.

The competition closes on October 9.

Julie will be re-visiting schools to collect entries, while other entries can be posted to Julie Maddocks, PO Box 406 Ararat, 3377.
